Sales Broker/Producer – Personal & Commercial

Location: Fonthill, Ontario

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, experienced RIBO Licensed Personal and/or Commercial Insurance Broker to work within our dynamic team-oriented work environment. With a relaxed feel our focus is on service and providing clients with the right insurance coverage and making them feel like part of the family.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
  • Develop Strategies to obtain new clients.
  • Quoting new and renewal business
  • Servicing new & existing clients
  • Handling incoming calls and quote requests.

Skills & Experience Required

  • RIBO Licensed
  • Insurance Customer Service: min 2 year
  • Experience with Insurance Company Portals, Broker Management Systems (Power Broker an asset) and Quoting systems (Compu-quote an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Self- motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills

Insurance Customer Service Representative

Location: Fonthill, Ontario

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance policies, resolve inquiries, and provide top-notch support with empathy and professionalism. With a relaxed feel, our main focus is on service and providing clients with the right insurance for them and making them feel like part of the family.

 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • RIBO  license is a plus or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with Insurance Company Portals, Broker Management Systems an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
  • Ability to organize manage multiple tasks and is able to thrive in a busy environment
  • Self- motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills

 

Duties will include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
  • Explain coverage, policy details, and billing information clearly to clients
  • Assist with processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and company procedures
  • Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other departments as needed
  • Issuing certificate(s) of insurance and pink slips.*
  • Providing support to brokers and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, policy information, and claims.
