Skills & Experience Required

  • RIBO Licensed
  • Insurance Customer Service: min 1 year
  • Experience with Insurance Company Portals, Broker Management Systems (Power Broker an asset) and Quoting systems (Compu-quote an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
  • Ability to organize manage multiple tasks and is able to thrive in a busy environment
  • Self- motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills

Duties will include:

  • Processing and reviewing endorsements & renewals.
  • Quoting new and renewal business for personal lines
  • Triaging claims
  • Issuing certificate(s) of insurance and pink slips.
  • All other general maintenance of our branch clients.

  • Explain coverage, policy details, and billing information clearly to clients
  • Assist with processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and company procedures
  • Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other departments as needed
  • Issuing certificate(s) of insurance and pink slips.*
  • Providing support to brokers and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, policy information, and claims.
