We are looking for a full-time, experienced RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative, to work within our dynamic team-oriented work environment. With a relaxed feel, our main focus is on service and providing clients with the right insurance for them and making them feel like part of the family.

Skills & Experience Required

• RIBO Licensed
• Insurance Customer Service: min 1 year
• Experience with Insurance Company Portals, Broker Management Systems (Power Broker an asset) and Quoting systems (Compu-quote an asset)
• Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
• Ability to organize manage multiple tasks and is able to thrive in a busy environment
• Self- motivated and resourceful with sound problem solving skills

Duties will include:

• Processing and reviewing endorsements & renewals.
• Quoting new and renewal business for personal lines
• Triaging claims
• Issuing certificate(s) of insurance and pink slips.
• All other general maintenance of our branch clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing clients
• Help develop strategies to bring new clients in
• Quoting new and renewal business for personal lines clients

• Handling incoming of incoming calls
